you should be asking what you stand to loose not gain. you should also know that even if only 50 persons vote on that day, a winner would be declared. the constitution states that a winner is declared when a candidate has the highest vote cast and 25% in at least 2/3 of the total LGA. it has nothing to do with population or voters apathy. so even if 1 person come out per LGA, elections would be declared. see! it favours the APC candidate because only those with guns will come out. now who own these guns? the government.
