From my own side of view on this issue, I don't think her blackmailer is culpable of any offence under the law because the content was gotten from a public forum like social media, unless she wants to sue her blackmailer on copyright charges. According to Tiwa herself, she recorded the video along with her lover but the latter mistakenly posted it on Snapchat before deleting it almost immediately, but unfortunately for them, the video was already in the hand of a third party. So how can Tiwa sue someone for sharing the content she/lover posted on social media
