It seems this guy lied about many things and cut corners. He is also dishonest about experience as no building permit has ever been issued to him or his company in the US.
Nigeria needs stricter building codes and regulations along with strict enforcement. The government is as much to blame as this guy is. I pty and pray for the families of those who perished and in a developed country, the government and the builder’s insurer would be obligated to pay the families of those affected millions of dollars.

Lagos State govt just got a new piece of land because LSG will confiscate it and as promogated by the Lagos Govt. This Builder is in deep shit as the owner of the land and building will come for him for replacement of land and finances spent for the construction till the collap building. God save us from village people

govt seals many buildings everyday but don't be surprised that after few weeks the sealed will be removed, govt officials in Nigeria don't mean well for her citizens, Nafdac will pass a drink which is hazardous to health, if u r coming from oversee u r supposed to do covid test but now at the airport u will pay and be given a negative test result..it goes on and on like dat in all sectors

Are you new in this country, that a building is sealed at any point in time does not mean it does not meet certain standards, rather they are yet to settle officials whether it is standard or not..

Kudos to him for his successes abroad but it's good that he is being exposed. He can't do this type of shoddy job in SA and d UK where he thrived

now let's talk about how this man has ruined his life and put those that depend on him in untold hardship.

The land and every thing in it will be confiscated by the government.

Banks will come for his head and seize up to his last boxer.

The families of those killed in the building collapse will drag his dead broke ass across every court in this Nigeria.

And if he survived these and more he would be lucky to get a conductor job in Lagos.
