The effect of social media is serious on mental and emotional health.
After I deleted my Facebook and drastically reduce my presence on Twitter, I had thought effect of Nairaland wouldnt be of serious concern.
But hey I was wrong. The incessant inflow of posts that showcase stupidity, materialism, crime, violence and attention seeking syndrome of celebrities make me depress.

Stop blaming the world for your mental health issues. Go offline and find you a good psychiatrist to help you with treatment needs for your mental illness. undecided
