There are bad guys everywhere, southerners doing illicit things openly might mean that they are not hypocrites according to ur stance, but u might not know is that open commission of illicit affairs in the presence of all only makes it normal and acceptable to all and sundry including children who by all measures are innocent and chaste. But in the north, the few who do this kind of illicit things hide and do it such that even many adults are not even aware not to talk of the young ones, so public morals isn't disturbed

Exactly, preserving the public moral especially for the growing children is zero in the south. That is why you see a girl of 10yrs been actively in sex and even proud of it. Ask corpers that serve in the south, especially primary schools, they will tell you how active those minors are in sex life.
