Simple nomination of speaker nd d whole house goes berserk. PDP actually wanted Mukailat Akande-Abiola frm d south west bt majority of dem r actually rooting for Tambuwal frm Sokoto state. Where does dat leave d SW in d political situation. Anyway, they r voting rite nw bt wit the applause Tambuwal got earlier, he is likely 2 b d nxt speaker. They actually have calmed down now. Lets just wait nd see. D senate was peaceful devoid of dis rascality i saw moments ago. PDP stil haven't got a grip of its members in d house of reps. Voting in progress.

I dont think SW want the speakership. The members of ACN - the dominant party in SW are all rooting for Tambuwal so the result is a forgone conclusion

actually, d house of reps have always been a rebelious set of guys as far as PDP is concernd. The senators r more willing 2 abide by d party. Bankole was a product of d integrity group led by dat Farouk Lawan of a man. And now, they'v done it again. I like it tho'. Dnt let any1 impose anythng on u.
