Let's watch and see. You are still missing the bigger picture. Till the SW ceases to be part of the republic, it will still be affected by what happens at the centre firstly and any ripples or upheavals across the land. That is why a riot will happen in Bauchi and all zones will be affected. This is not about Party, PDP or ACN. This is about balance of power. Now people should really read this post. You are correct with this statement. All regions are impacted, because power within Nigeria is found in the center, not the regions. That is why I laugh when some of our brothers and sisters, believe their region will not be impacted. We are all in this together, if you like it, or not.

You cannot say it better. If Tambuwal had come from North East, it would have been better. But with North West VP and Speaker, there must be balancing. Unfortunately, Tambuwal messsed with the wrong party. He should have asked Ogbulafor and Nwodo how long it takes PDP to remove somebody from office? I still do not see how the senate president, deputy senate presido, speaker and deputy speaker benefits the region where they come from. From 1999 till date can anyone say anything they have brought to their region. I think the emphasis should be on performance and not where they come from or which region has the most positions. More often than not these guys are all to themselves in their loot not even the constituency project is spread to bring dividends of democracy at their very local community.
So kudos to the house of rep for going againts a few peoples wish my voting in who they want. David Mark may have been lucky been unopposed as the senate seems to be easily manipulated.

Im nt surprised at wht is happening in the house of representative,those people are just ther to share our country resourcses among themsevles,they are not representing anybody,its high time we find a way of making the house representative less attractive,or better still we change this system of government and send themall home.

The reason i love the North is, they have a very united stand, their political school of thought makes it impossible to break them, they understand what compromise means, unlike the East, where the pull him down syndrome is eminent, the west has education but the legacies are not lived and development relies heavily on the effort of other regions. its very sad this political school of thought in the north can not be replicated in building infrastructure, developing the north and reducing illiteracy, the people are very gullible, can be easily swayed and are blinded by religious sentiments.
No matter what happens to the speaker, he would always receive a safe landing in the North.

Armed forces of Nigeria should please take over from these politicians before they ruin Nigeria further beyond repairs. This is essentially necessary and critical because the Armed Forces owe Nigerians a duty of care to protect Nigeria and Nigerians from both external and internal aggression.

What kind of Armed Forces do we have in Nigeria today that will sit back and watch our so-called politicians and others loot and destroy our country? Our country is facing a criminal financial invasion all in the name of politics, and you the Armed Forces are there watching these politicians ruin us beyond repairs. Shame on you!

Without missing my words, I Dr. Jordan Yellow, hereby demand that the ARMED Forces of the Federal republic of Nigeria should as a matter of economic necessity and control of political rascality, SEIZE power from these criminals running our great country.

Such seizure of power will not be a Treasonable felony, rather it will be very well appreciated by Nigerians in general because the financial madness of looting, fraud, corruption, etc……. has now gone beyond belief.
Before returning power to civilians, you must please ensure that the new or revised constitution does not grant immunity to any one in office, so that politicians do not hide behind these immunity clauses to commit any criminal act.

While you the majority of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, as well as millions of Nigerians live in mind-boggling poverty, the so called leaders you have been obeying so fanatically, all live a life of pure luxury that will never come your way unless you put a STOP to this criminal looting of our fragile economy.

Previously some ex-politician and bankers were on the looting spotlight, but nothing has come out of it because they ‘SETTLED’ the authorities. Today it is Bankole. He will soon be out of custody to enjoy his loot.

I wonder why no Nigerian has questioned why politicians will be given allowances to run their constituencies. If the intention was to serve Nigerians, why did the management of NASS not employ suitable people for these jobs that the politicians collect money for and assign them to the politician directly to enhance, transparency, accountability, employment , etc…, instead of allowing them to receive allowances that they will not verify there disbursement.

Legislators should only have been allowed to earn their wages directly, and nothing more in other to curtail fraud and corruption. The jumbo wages collected by each of these politicians per month, is more than enough to effectively employ at least ten unemployed Nigerians.

Nigeria has a large population of unemployed people roaming the streets daily, while these politicians earn an amazing sum of money and also defraud us with useless legislations that will not help any one.

Armed Forces of Nigeria, please wake up from your slumber and seize power in other to bring a level of FISCAL- CONTROL to Nigeria, unless you all rather die in poverty in the mist of plenty since you have deliberately allowed corruption and fraud to become a religion in Nigeria.

Why do some people think that Nigerians are gullible to understand the power of a senate president in Nigerian polity?
A senate president or speaker of reps has the power and influence to draw projects and establishments down to their region or state of origin or they can even use those their looted money to create employement as Ota farm is to Obj and Ogun people.
If you say that a region should stop aspiring to the position of senate president or Reps speaker just because those that occupied the position previously didnt perform well, i'll say its absurd. Who among those senators from SW performed well and why did they SW keep sending representative to the centre if truely they dont want to get entangled with the FG.
Its delusional to always buy an orange and leave it to rotten when actually you dont eat orangle. So therefore, it is either those supporting the exclusion of our lovely South Westeners from the central govt are illusioned, deluded or they are living in self denial.
But if the SWthners says that they dont need to be corrupted by the FG, SENATE, HOUSE OF REP then they should stop accepting Ministerial appointments from FG and also cease the voting of Senators and house of Reps members so as to enable AC and indeed the whole of SW to concentrate more on the development of their region without external distraction *period*.

Things backfire, the south killed zoning when it was their outcry that made it necessary, now you see the implication. VP, senate president, speaker, and all heads of judicial bodies i believe, are northerners. Like someone stated here "if something happens to GEJ the north will take leadership of the whole government running agencies" this right here is even worst than a military government, i see this and i want to say to my southern brothers and sisters SERVES YOU RIGHT!!
