Nigerian Sued Mtn To Court For N50 Deduction, Got Compensated With N5.5m(video)

A Nigerian by name Emmanuel Anenih took MTN to Court for unlawfully deducting 50 naira from his airtime in the name of unsolicited caller tunes he never subscribed to?

An Abuja High Court found MTN guilty and ordered it to pay Emmanuel 5,000,000 for disturbing his peace and another 500,000 for legal expenses.

I received a huge amount in my account that I've never received, come and see charges from that day I want to complain but I want to gather more evidence.

Everybody needs to contact that man to know how he tabulated the deductions. Truth of the matter is that MTN steals from her customers in the dead of the night. That company is evil!

Even infinix and Tecno.... I get useless pop ups and adverts on my screen... Last month was Coca-Cola, this month is Tecno Camon 18 Ads on my screen

Mine is fidelity bank. They don't deduct from me but whenever I try to buy airtime via their Mobile App I get debited without my line recharged and they won't reverse the money... Last time was 1,000 and this has been happening since 2017.... I do not have time to go to their branch. Sometimes I send them messages on twitter but they don't respond.

The last deduction was 3500.... By all means I had to search for my account officer and disturbed him that was when my 3500 was reversed else it would have gone with the others
