I was in 9ja last march,the road is wide enough but there are many potholes, by Gods grace we go see for Enugu cos an coming this december.

Spyder moves to Anambra state! A new thread will soon be opened to document the construction of my newest project, building of a 6 bedroom executive duplex in Anambra state. This house will come complete with a large gym hall on the ground floor and a very large master's bedroom. Watch out for the thread.
The owner is a popular nairalander who has been on this property section for some time, he contacted me to build him a dream castle. I thank you all.

^^^^ if its the 5 bedroom project, well, we are still on site and taking it slow till we buy the rods, possibly by next week ending. It is when the rods start to go up that the works will hot up.

Oga Spyder you didn't answer my question on cost implication of building outside your town. For example building in lagos. Where will you stay and how will it affect cost.
