It is so sad that u are deceived by smart Governors who work only in capital and abandon other LG areas. Only Zulum work across the nooks and crannies of his state out of those u mentioned. If u are talking abt real projects that cut across all LGs and positively affect social amenities needed by people Jigawa, Gombe, Borno and Katsina are the only states in Nigeria that deserve to be praised.
I have been to the nooks and crannies of all Nigerian states in the last 8 months and I bear witness that those 4 have serious Governors whose projects are not limited to only state capitals!

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is working. The problem is that people want to see Delta State government focusing mostly on Warri and Asaba. Okowa is changing that narrative as he is focusing on riverine communities that have been abandoned for decades.
