Is really a shambolic and unexpected display from the handlers(Ministry of science and technology)...a program which was of high hopes and expectations...truncated with nonchalancy on their part, without appropriate management...no concrete information as regards the said starter pack...it is appalling that Governor Okowa's intended goodwill towards the youth as in empowering them as almost dissipated...just imagine after the rigors of getting in and staying through the program...we call for #BetterDelta#BetterManagement...

Okowa should wake ?! You fools don't care to amuse me. Why don't you fools ask Okowo to resign like you ask other governors to resign.

Governor Okowa, Wake up to your responsibility and do the needful Asap, don't allow the So call leadership of the Ministry of Science & Technology to rubbish your good intention and rub your name in the mud. Over two & a half month has past without any official statement from the ministry concerning our starter pack & start up capital. We are tired of waiting in vein, We say Enough is Enough.
