Tinubu group wants ROTATION to be considered to enable the south present a successor to PMB, but Tinubu group does not want ROTATION to be considered to enable the Igbo whose turn it is to present a successor to PMB.

The problem is not even the igbos. Some igbos will still vote for him in South East after collecting money that he might even get up to 25% in SE. But you see niger-delta, he will fail massively. The people there still remember how he betrayed their brother. In fact that statement was made in Edo during the election. He will fail woefully in SS & SE and will thus lose the election. Most ignoramuses here don't know that even though buhari was hated in SE he still got 25% vote in that region. If he didn't get up to 25% the Northern results would not even have saved him. Thíéfnubu will not even get up to 25% in SE or SS who he betrayed their brother. APC know that's is why they are all going to see him secretly urging him to step down or risk disgrace in primaries.
