So like the topic says, yes I masturbate and I want to stop it completely ( I'm not addicted, just once in a while) but for some reason I haven't been able to stop it completely, I came across a post here yesterday about a guy who was complaining of getting old and haven't achieve anything yet and sometimes things goes well for him and before he knows it all goes back to zero. 2, Download musics and videos that would help you spiritually.

3, Study the word of God, apart from Sunday church attend weekly activities.

Always engage your mind in positive thinking, and most importantly ask the holy Spirit for daily guidance/directions in as much as you shouldn't forget to make prayers and studying the word of God your daily habits..

I stopped masturbated 2 months ago. Why did I stop? Okay wait.
