They love the way they use 2nd Niger Bridge to brag as greatest feat they have done in developing Igbo land, when in reality, they know 2nd Niger Bridge is the least of infrastructures needed to boost Southeast economy.

Imagine removing a whole Southeast from the railway map but adding irrelevant Niger Republic and yet Yorubas who claim to be sophisticated politicians applaud this just because it marginalizes Igbos they so much love to hate while claiming to accomodate them.

Every little talk some Yoruba kids will be taunting Igbos to leave Lagos and go back to Southeast after using Eastern resources to develop their region. Instead of making that foolish remark, why not support peaceful exit of Southeast from your so called one Nigeria so that you can enjoy your Nigeria with the tribes you prefer and cherish init, devoid of the most baddest tribe Igbo that have been painting you saintly other Nigerian tribes bad

Scared of a region that has no balls to contest the presidency.

Ghost of civil war undecided who declare war 1st
Go and ask your father to tell you the truth, as a result of the 1966 pogrom against Igbos living in the North, which followed the removal of Aguiyi Ironsi as Head of State, Igbos living outside Igbo regions returned back to Eastern region in droves, and in order to secure Igbo lives after Gowon the then Head of State intentionally refused to stop.the killings of Igbos in the North, Ojukwu through the power Eastern Nigerian People vested on him after a meeting, declared Eastern Region an independent region called Biafra.

It was Gowon that rather declared war against Igbos for leaving Nigeria in the wake of a widespread pogrom (genocide) against Igbos.

But as usual, most of you enjoy twisting history to suit your mischievous mindset towards Igbos.

NIGERIA SHOULD BE RESTRUCTURED.

That is what is most needed than Igbo presidency.

Nigeria need a new constitution that will give power to the regions.

If Nigeria is properly restructured an Igbo does not need to COME TO THE CENTRE in order to develop his own people.

This is because all the resources the Igbo need for their development is at their own region.

Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo developed western region without having to come to the centre to become President.

Although he attempted to come to the centre he did not succeed.

So all this worry by the Igbo to come to the centre should not be over emphasised to the extent that they put all other Nigerians in a state of confusion.

IF YOU GO TO ABUJA, ACCORDING TO CHIEF JOHN ODIGIE OYEGUN IN THE INTERVIEW HE GRANTED VANGUARD NEWSPAPER NOT LONG AGO.

Chief Oyegun said in the interview he granted that majority of the BIG HOTELS AND TRANSPORT SERVICES IN ABUJA ARE OWNED BY THE IGBOS.

Presidency to Igbos shouldn't be by pity, my Igbo leaders brought this mess upon us when they refuse to talk where necessary.....

In the time of Okadigbo, Pius Anim, as Senate President, we all saw how our leaders fought each other with impeachment ...

If only our leaders can come out without fear or favour and have a stand in the Politics of Nigeria, things like Igbo Presidency won't be an issue ....

WE IGBOS DONT NEED PRESIDENCY BY BEING EMOTIONAL ABOUT IT......

Its not as if Igbos are scared of contesting against Yorubas. The thing is, Yorubas want to codedly and cunningly use the civil war mantra to campaign against Igbos and win the votes of the North. They are capitalizing on three propagandas:

1) We Yorubas supported and made your son Buhari President in 2015, so return our favor and help our son become next President.

2) We Yorubas have never criticized your son Buhari, it is only Igbos who hate you Northerners that have been campaigning against your son Buhari and doing everything to divide Nigeria under his government via IPOB, this is why you must not trust Igbos, they want Biafra

3) Remember we Yorubas joined you to fight Igbos during the civil war, and our son Obasanjo have ruled Nigeria twice and he didnt divide Nigeria, but if you people make mistake and give Igbo President, he will divide Nigeria, please dont trust them, trust us.

Of course Northerners have shallow thinking and will most likely fall for these cheap propaganda and vote for a Yoruba candidate against Igbo candidate.

That's why Igbos are using diplomacy to make other discerning minds understand that if you want fairness and equity, it is the turn of Southeast to produce the next President.

I don't think so.

Fairness, Justice and equity are what Igbo's are really after .

FG might have neglected the region, but their local politicians neglect it more
Please, which FG "neglected" their region? Did Obasanjo neglect their region more than he neglected the South West? Was it their adopted son GEJ that neglected their region? Did it start under Buhari? And, do Yorubas, Binis, Ishans, Ijaws, Urhobos etc enjoy more "fairness, justice and equity" than Eboes?

You yourself know that President holds the entire power in the Nigerian government setting.

Even State security is under the power of the President which is why Governors are handicaped to combat insecurity in their states.

What power does an ordinary Minister or Senator or Vice President have to transform his region under the current Nigerian government style? Absolutely none!

Thats why it seems like Igbo politicians at the federal level aren't doing anything to improve Southeast infrastructural decay and abandonment by FG.

Only the President can transform Southeast infrastructures. You know this truth.

Most of the major infrastructures that made Lagos what it is today were built by Nigeria's federal government, which attracted more investments to Lagos.

Lagos is what it is today because of the federal government policies since independence, if not, Calabar or Cross River is also a coastal city like Lagos. You all know these truths but as usual, will most likely not accept it

Dr Alex Ekwueme was already positioned to become the President in 1983 before Buhari removed them with his coup.

Go and read about Dr Alex Ekwueme, he is also the founding fathers of PDP.

Its not about money, you know it. Orji Uzo Kalu have more than enough money to campaign more than Abiola today even though I dont like Kalu just as I dislike Tinubu.

Peter Obi is a silent billionaire which was why Atiku picked him, Atiku knew his financial pedigree plus his good political standing.

Absolute nonsense and garbage. They brought war upon themselves, instead of realizing they are stupid People, no they want to point the blame at others.

So the presidency shouldn't be zoned based on competency but based on Igbo people are hurt.

I say f*uck them. The only person capable of ruling and organizing this negros and barbarians of Nigeria is the Yoruba man, anybody else is absolute garbage and incompetent.

When Jonathan was president for almost 6 years and he was swarmed by Ibo politicians they did not do anything about any of the greatest desire of SE.
There's no indication any president of SE extraction will do anything better.

In any case Buhari you hate and Fashola you despise is already meeting one the greatest desire of SE, the second Niger bridge. Makes the work easier for the next leaders, you don't have to appreciate it but it will be standing as a testament of your false superiority complex
