PDP was formed and finance by former military guys that have tasted power in one time or the other. They believe in power of money than any other value which is too bad. PDP tickets are always for highest bidder.

Secondus PDP was the worst NWC constituted. Wike was warned that having an errand boy as Chairman wouldn't work. He still insisted, only to fall out bitterly with his protégé.
Secondus NWC was a serial election loser, venal, poorly organised, bereft of ideas and oversaw the biggest gubernatorial defections in the party's history.
They came in using the old and tires PDP slogans, jingles and persuasions, not realising that ppls expectations have changed.
