We don't have fire service in Nigeria shocked

It appears we don't need that in Nigeria especially when they get harassed by the local potentially
looting community.

Nigerians are horrible people...
We have seen this sort of things play out in other African countries and so many other countries in different continents of the world. It's not a Nigerian thing only.

It's just part of human means of survival that goes with the mindset of let's salvage what we can rather than leave it then nobody gets anything, the fire will still consume them all.

It could also be that they are trying their best to save what they can to help the owner but you know bloggers for them to spread the lies they have come to be known for over time, will definitely tag it as looting.

The right question to ask is were no hydrants or hose reel installed? No sprinkler system? No trained staff that can handle these fire fighting equipment? And where are the security team to ward of people from having access except emergency responders? This shows no fire action plan in place at all.

I worry less about the items in the store burning... There's nothing much anything can do and Insurance will handle the rest ...

But let imagine God for bid...if kids are trapped inside that building..... Will they get burned because of lack of fire service...

I really don't blame the gov
The only way to restore Nigeria now is by the citizens taking control...

A total massive gov lockdown protests...
100% Protest will solve this

All these mega supermarkets in Nigeria are not ready for business. No firefighting protocols in place at all but Peter Obi can give China lectures. So heartbreaking to see the waste in the fire.
