1. The ancients had a more advanced technology.

Professional craftsmen did the job. Some of them were not native to Egypt.

You mean engineers are actually the ones who mix cement and use their backs to carry the bricks? Clearly it was slaves who put those things in place. Who else would dedicate 40 years to building such things when people didn't even live that long? Or large humans of some sort did it. If it were so easy to get professionals, why wasn't the rest of the world developed/as developed?

Some school of thought has it that it was the giant offsprings from the union of the fallen Angels and the earth humans referenced in the bible that built the pyramids. Just like a building site has a builder/supervisor, foremen and labourers, so did the pyramids during construction. There were no advanced construction methods whatsoever. It was just mathematics (from the designers) and hard labour.

The problem is, when the pyramid of Giza was built in ancient Egypt, slaves were not a common thing in Egypt. Atleast not the kind of slaves we know( the hungry continually whipped slave)..it wasn't the kind of building feat that hungry and beaten people could achieve perfectly.
