No. Some do. They like the model types. Like kate moss for eg. But things are changing. Some are starting to like women with actual womanly bodies. But overall generalizations arent true. All men of any race are individuals they have diff taste from person to person.

naturally their body type is slim...or maybe dey are scared n lazy to handle heavy weights..
