It's all assumptions if there are no facts. But is likely to be true. I work in a health facility and I can category tell you these top MD's are a pain in the ass. Most especially when it comes to welfare of staffs. Monetary reward after hard work shouldn't be an issue.

Not necessarily true. Nigerians are voicing out against Buhari regime . Does it mean he's doing something good?

But what the man did wrong are listed right there so why not wait for the man to deny them?

Listed by who? The same persons accusing him of tyranny? Nope, I won't base my judgement on that.

If their claims (of non-payment and other cr@p he did) are true, then the justice would be served only if he was manhandled... and manhandled very very hard.

I stand with the staff. Give a good and upright man a position of authority, he will become a blessing to the humanity; but give it to a wicked man, he will make the humanity live in misery.

The truth is that most Nigerians, even most Africans and black people in general, have a slave mentality. They see something that is not right going on under their watch and they will keep mute. I am sure if one of these staffs tried to object the tyrant CMD during his tenure, some of these protesters would have reported the person to their oppressor. Now that the man is gone, they carry placards about as if it is something worth celebrating. Imagine ordinary CMD o. Why couldn't all these people unite all this while and file a report against the CMD misconduct to the higher authority, but they will rather suffer and smile under him than do something to effect the change?

Mentally, sorry to say this, but it is the truth, most black people are just slaves.

Staff of Jos University Teaching Hospital Celebrate Exit of "Tyrant" CMD (Photos, Video)

Staff of the Jos University Teaching Hospital, JUTH on Friday, took to the streets to celebrate the exit of the Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the hospital, Prof. Edward Banwat, whose tenure came to an end on the 31st of December 2021, after 8 years, IgbereTV reports.

The staff displaying placards bearing various inscriptions described the former CMD's tenure as an "evil era" and the man himself as a "heartless, stone cold tyrant"

According to the Secretary of JOHESU, Comrade David Atu, Banwat stopped Christmas bonus to staff of JUTH and staff welfare was never priotised during his tenure.

He said up till now, they have not been paid their salaries and the hospital has no consumables, while both the MRI and CT scan machines are malfunctioning. Atu also claimed that patients are reffered to Bauchi most times.

A video which captured staff members' celebration was shared on Facebook by Phy Myth Gimba, with tmcaption;

Have you ever been to JUTH recently or in the past?

Have you worked there?

Do any of your family members or friends work there?

Don't just sit their and make unintelligent assumptions for what you have zero idea about. This is not general knowledge.

I don't agree with you. I have a neighbor who works there as a cleaner and she has not received a dime (salary) for over 33months. Is that fair? Will a good person allow that?

Being a no nonsense man?

They said he doesn't pay staff salaries?

Medical equipment are bad that they have to refer patients continuously to ther places?

See, the Proff might actually be looting everything and yet putting the staffs and the family in pains by not paying salaries as at when due.

Well, we don't have the full gist of JOS situation so it's difficult to judge, but from my experience, power is the most damaging element to Human beings. God help an arrogant person to get to power, he/she turns to a demon.

I once had a boss who we all saw as an angel because he would bring himself down to even clerks and cleaners to be a father-figure and encouragement to. He was so down to earth (in our opinion then) that we all wished and prayed that he becomes the Director. We felt the Management were not treating him fairly by not making him the Director and eventually through some connections from Aso Rock and some spiritual assistance from his side-chic who is also a colleague (another story for another day) he became the Director.

This man's tenure was the worst we ever experienced - brutal, wasteful, hateful, crises ridden, tyrannical, division ripped, gossip-rewarding, vindictive, multiple transfers and threats of transfers, just name it. He carried himself as if he was the No 1 man himself and arrogated himself so much power. Could not even respond to greetings. Gosh!!!

And unfortunately, no one could voice out cause he was "connected" and had Management's ears.

We lived in perpetual fear of the unknown and only had some peace when retired.
