The same man who couldn't win his reelection bid. Shehu Sani has become an empty vessel that makes a lot of noise. Nasir el-Rufai will never let Sani replace him.

Sani and el-Rufai case will be like former Ogun State governor Ibikunle Amosun case who said I don't know who my successor would be, but I know those who would never replace me. That's the attitude of most Nigerian governors.
