My girlfriend and I has been in a relationship for like 2 years and one thing about her is that she doesn't like kissing. She would allow any other form of pre-intimacy before sex but kissing, No. She claims it give her some kind of feeling that she wants to vomit. That's why she doesn't like kissing.
Me on the other hand, I love kissing like hell. I can kiss for 24hrs if I'm permitted to (that's a joke tho). I've only kissed her twice which is not even a deep and long kiss, just like a second kiss. She doesn't like it.
Note: None of us have mouth odour. So dead that idea. None of us have any mouth infection.
