. You are very stupid and foolish fir using Jesus Christ as an example. Comparing Jesus Christ to a mere irresponsible mortal. May al the curses in the Bible come on you, stay with you and overtake you in Jesus name. Make God never forgive you for this no matter your prayers or your repentance in the future
Jesus don't even know you.

i used the word renowned . A school is a place not only to acquire knowledge but to be inspired as well. If i cannot get a list of 10 prominent people with dreadlocks, then i should beging to question if there's something about these people interms of their personalities making them not to be high fliers in their various fields. Your citing doctors with dreadlocks in your post, can i get names of world renowned docs with such
Must they be world renowned before they dreadlocks? It's a thing of choice style

Don't forget Jesus was a Nazareth(had dreads) and was not judged using his hair type. But then, our society has stereotyped dreadlocks as a sign or show of irresponsibility. We think low cut or bald portrays responsibility which is not necessarily true. 99% of criminals and terrorists paraded were not wearing dreadlocks but low cut. So, as a school owner, i'll give every applicant a fair treatment and later make them understand how the society sees things and how the way they see things may affect our business. A sensible dreadlock applicant would reason out my explanation.
You need to be flog. Walahi. Which bible you read am?
I suspect you are putting on dread already.

No one is Judgemental here, some lifestyle don't fit into some offices or environment.

Imagine you on dreads coming for bank job interview?

Imagine a pastor on dread?

Imagine your president on dread?

There are places where dreads can be welcomed but not as a teacher in a primary or secondary school in Nigeria

I'll let him go because he fails the test of reasoning/I.Q, which is an evaluation on its own. Only a mad man cares not or less of people's opinions about him.

Few things to consider:

Is the dreadlock natural?

Is the applicant good (either through assessment or relevant work experience) in what he/she applied for?

Just so you know, attitudes are shifting - the younger generation( a mix of mostly liberal millenials and Gen Z) which are the majority anyway, are more open-minded and less rigid in their views. So you might as well have a rethink of what you define "people's opinions".

Don't you know you can't see a sensible likewise an intelligent man with a Dreadlock or who dress like a lout..

Your dressing, the way you speak and how your walk is one of the way people address you. That's why your dressing is important during interview.

Lies.

Change your circle and see super intelligent people with weaves, tattoos and dreadlocks.

Some of you are racist. You won't employ an applicant on dread, but you would a teacher with a sexy outfit and with the latest hair.

Yea. Just hair style, until your child comes home with the hairstyle because he saw it on his teacher’s head and likes it…

What makes people irresponsible ranges from the way they talk, the way they walk, the way they dress...et cetera

If you are dreaded no multi national would employ you, even in Canada or the Us,you can't get certain jobs because of your hair type or the tattoo on your body.
but they will employ gay, lesbian, homosexual to teach in the school. That amount to washing the back of the cup clean while leaving the inside cup with dirt and impurity.

Not good..
The dreads might attract the students, and some would want to adopt it. Dreads can make guys look rugged most times.

I found myself attending a church where jewelries is not allowed unless you're a visiting or temporary member. Recently, the girls in the church are beginning to use even the ones bigger than mine. It makes me feel very guilty of initiating and making them turn away from their church rules and belief, because non of them wore earrings or makeup initially
