It all boils down to Nigerians and inferioirity complex. Everybody tries to claim to be what they're not. Lab scientist claim doctor, tailor say na fashion designer, mechanic say engineer, bricklayer dey call himself architect
It is really saddening to see that MDCN act, that penalty is too small for the crime! With the potential rewards of quackery, that penalty will not dissuade anyone from engaging in it!
We need new laws and a will to carry it out as a moral duty not just as a job.

what about those that are not fake that give wrong medications & treatments for wrong illnesses?

I am afraid of going to hospital these days, i've lost 2 people cos they were giving wrong medications by the professional and non-fake doctors!

The rate at which we have lost expertise in medical practice is alarming. there is no check on who is qualified as long as u hv certificate, u can practice. they experiment wit pple's lives.

God save us from the hands of quack professionals that are everywhere.
