You cannot assault someone in the process of arrest, the ACJA is there to prevent such lawlessness, or in the case of Lagos, the ACJL

The only reason such rubbish can happen, is because we live in a shithole country filled with animals who neither know nor respect the law, and the judiciary enables them.
