What else did we expect from the Supreme Court? French, Italian, German, Swedish, British etc vehicles manufacturers had government backing at the beginning. Nigeria has the ethnic groups wielding apex political power using the power to run down persons of other ethnic groups striving to make Nigeria to get to the stage of France, Italy, Germany, Sweden etc. 10 Likes |

Not ruled in favour of GTB. Supreme Court just accepted GTB appeal for the case to continue. Anyway, if they eventually win, it's not a new thing. Go and ask Hope Uzodinma. 11 Likes 1 Share |

The Supreme court has not made a pronouncement. It only agrees to hear the case proper. 19 Likes 1 Share |

Nice one by the Supreme Court. If that previous judgment had stood, it would have been a case of gross injustice against GTB because Innoson is a con artist who think he can use a cunning way to secure his win. Let’s see how it goes with the case, we will see where it eventually lands. 26 Likes 4 Shares |

samdaisi:Well the case has not ended. It's just beginning They have only agreed to hear the appeal which was earlier dismissed because of registry error. If innoson won both in federal high court and court of appeal, he can still win this one. So stop tribalizing everything 17 Likes 1 Share |

NaijaMutant:Supreme court didn't really. It refused to hear the first appeal regardless of the merits. But now it has agreed to hear the case. Also, remember that justice is never objective in any country when national issues are at stake. 2 Likes |

The person that created the topic is mischievous. It is not that Supreme Court struck out Innoson's case or whether GTB won. What the court is saying that initially they struck out GTB's application, but later had to revisit it and they realised that they made an error due to wrong filing in the registry. Now they have accepted GTB's application and would determine its merit later. See mischievous attitudes like this is why the case for regulation of social media is a hot topic, because the heading is misleading and downright suspicious. And as usual some dense individuals have started turning it to a tribal bashing. 26 Likes 2 Shares |
