Thanks for this, the screen shot my customers care rep sent me got me doubting if it was Pos that received the transfer and that made me do my write up, that I don't know if the money was withdrew from Pos point.

I have been giving Monday as day off in my office to go and complain in the bank.

So, from good advice I have gotten from well meaning nairalander I am no more afraid that my money is gone. I will update the house after going there on Monday.

Atms are unreliable means of money transfer because the money isn't always traceable if transaction goes wrong. Learn to transfer from ur bank's mobile app.

Sorry all for my update really coming late.

I went to the bank to complain, I was giving one week but at the end of the day it turned out to be 3weeks. This really scattered my whole plan but thank God the money was returned to my acc.

My big question is where was the money hiding for those time, or should it be the Bank were not efficient and fast in looking to cases like these.

Men I tire for Nigeria bank.
