Establish the refinery first before talking of fuel subsidy removal. Don't put the cart before the house. Always "we will" not "we have" leadership. Nigeria is cursed with bad leadership.

Can this govt just leave this issue of refinery and focus more on other project. Year to year promise without fulfilment.
