Sit-At-Home Order: “You Are Making Us Lose Billions” – Igbo Businessmen Tells IPOB

Because of the Indigenous People of Biafra’s Sit-at-Home Order, South East businessmen have spoken out about the frequent closure of businesses in the zone (IPOB).

Whenever IPOB’s leader, Nnamdi Kanu, is in court, residents in the South East are forced to stay indoors.

Failure to comply with the sit-at-home order resulted in the loss of lives and limbs, as well as properties.

On Tuesday, gunmen broke into a Catholic Church in Onitsha, Anambra State, as part of the proscribed group’s violence campaign.

Some Igbo businessmen reportedly told journalists on Wednesday that over N25 billion is lost every day in Onitsha due to “sit-at-home order” policies.

They bemoaned the loss of business, claiming that their customers were moving their operations to Lagos to avoid being attacked by IPOB.

In a similar vein, the Igbo Business Forum has warned IPOB not to exploit the Biafran conflict to undermine the South East’s economy.

“How can someone decide to wreck his people’s economy because of a battle, when they are no more Biafran than we are?” You tell people to stay at home when you don’t have the resources to deal with the effects of hunger in the country, and those of us in the business sector lose an average of N25 billion in Onitsha alone, and I believe we lose the same amount in Aba, Nnewi, and other cities, which is bad for our economy.

Ndi Mpuri Nriri sipping terrorists do not care the harm being done by the fugitive criminal bastard porn star KANU to the economy of the southeast.
All they care about is the southwest and tinubu that has successfully made yorubaland a safe haven and most economically viable in Africa.
They won't hold their bastard leaders accountable but would pack all their relatives to the SW to constitute nuisance and dictate to Yoruba's how to live their lives

grin grin They have not started loosing money yet. They better relocate their businesses to Asaba, Ogun State or SS. They should follow Obi Cubana, who opened another club at Asaba because the one in Owerri is dead and not making any money, since the advent of namadi cownu and his demonic Ipob/ESN cannibals took over the SE.

A region that adds nothing to national coffers can sit at home for months. Only Lagos can affect the whole country if it's shut down but any other place, especially southeast won't affect naija economy one bit.

I have told these brainless Ipob bingos that if them like, let them burn down their mama and papa, the rest of Nigeria will keep on like nothing dey shele.
There are three places that can affect Nigeria if riddled with crises:
1. The oil pipelines in the SS
2. Lagos, the economic jewel of Nigeria
3. Abuja, the seat of Government and where foreign embassies/missions are mostly located.

Any other place can yamutu like the late hunchback cannibal, namadi cownu grin grin

Yeah those are the 3 areas that can affect Nigeria hugely but Lagos tops them all. FG can't toy with being lockdown hence why they dispersed the protesters at lekki with brute force.

There is a reason the federal government pays amnesty allowance to militants in order to quell the slump in our daily oil output. 87% of Nigeria’s foreign earnings comes from crude oil and that’s the fact.
Lagos is also very crucial as our economic jewel and I agree with you, that’s why the government will do anything to end any riots with brute force in Lagos.

This is fake news.

IPOB should round up all this businessperson and give them the efulefu treatment.

It is Biafra or death. Why are they complaining?
