I am Yoruba worked in Anambra for few years...I can tell you categorically Neni is the best community in SE and Nigeria as a whole...If they meet each other Outside the borders of the state, they don't think it twice to help each other....Yes Neni has the best road network in Anambra and most surprisingly is that most of the roads are tarred by Individuals especially Chief Tonimas may God bless his Soul.....

The narrator simply went developing areas in Ibadan not the state express road or the fully developed part of the State, FYI majority of link roads in Ibadan are dual carriage roads not single dusty roads

The narrator went to Dugbe, Felele, New garage and finally Akala road( often called Akala express road) built by the late today governor of Oyo state, it's not a real express road because it leads to nowhere in particular but built like a express road.
