He is a sitting Gov in Kano. The State with the largest voting strength and can scatter a lot of things. They just need something, we don't know what yet.

The FCT High Court has no territorial jurisdiction to handle issues that surrounds the Ward Congress in Kano. When the issues of jurisdiction is raised, we will know better.
