Question is where in this country are we going to find the right candidate ? I personally view that our ideal candidate might be amongst successful Nigerians in the diaspora.

One Northern Russia's region is bigger than 5 of some southern Russia's regions put together.
Countries formed by different regions don't employ land mass or population statistics as yardstick when creating new political units like states or regions in a country.
