Anyone who tells you that there is nothing like heavenly tongues ( tongues of angels) is either ignorant or intentionally trying to mislead people. I have spoken and still speak with the tongue of angels as the Spirit leads and have interpreted sometimes through the gift of interpretation by God's special grace. Don't let anyone deceive you. Pay attention to verse 9 to 28.....especially verse 28. How can people say amen to what they don't understand? If you have to speak your gibberish, speak it when you are alone. Read the whole passage and don't just stop at verse 2. The passage is basically saying don't speak gibberish to people because it useless to them. Speak it only if you have someone to interpret. You will need to provide verses to support your claims. On that day of pentecost Jews and converts to Judaism had come from around the world to celebrate in Jerusalem. The "tounges" that were heard were actual human languages like Greek, Persian, Arabic, French, English, Spanish, German and so on.
That single incident made converts out of some of the traveling Jews and Gentiles who were able to go back to their various countries of residence and report what they experienced .
However, the ability to speak a language that you had not learned is a spiritual gift. Some others are also gifted with the ability to interpret a language that they had not learnt...but of course these were and are still extremely few.

I guess Mummy G.O. is correct. Tongue is a spiritual gift or heavenly gift but NOT heavenly language. It appears you didn't have a full grasp of what Paul was saying in 1 Corinthians 13. He was talking about love. His reference to tongues of angel was to show the importance of love. If you had read that verse in other translations, you would have got a better understanding. For instance, Amplified says, "If I can speak in the tongues of men and even of angels... Obviously, he didn't say he spoke in the tongues of angels.
I strongly believe anyone who has the kind of tongue has the 'diverse kinds of tongues'. So this 'diversity' isn't really referring to tongues of angels. it is diverse because you can really make a full statement in one language. For instance, you may wish to say, 'father, please help me'. Your 'father' may be in Hausa, 'please' in french and 'help me' in Chinese! That is why no one understands the speaker. There is a need for interpretation because the statement is not in one language. It is a mixture of different languages and that's why it is diverse.

My direct response to you is: 1. If you want me to quote Bible verses, we will be here all day long, but these are all in the Holy Bible. 2. They are all gifted by the Holy Spirit. 3. Your first description is Tongue unto Unbelievers - actual languages spoken to unbelievers in the course of evangelism or preaching. The remainder are tongues unto God, spoken in fellowship and communion with the Holy Spirit, not in a general assembly (no one, even the speaker understands it. Only God does) and finally Tongue unto believers to edify and must be interpreted. To give you greater context, there are 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit grouped into 3: 1. Vocal Gift - tongues, interpretation of tongues and prophecy. Tongues are further split into 3 as a I mentioned above 2. Power Gift- Faith, Healing, and Miracle/Signs/Wonders 3. Revelation Gift. Word of knowledge, word of wisdom, and discerning of spirits. These gifts are given by the Holy Spirit to believers because Jesus died and rose again. Which inner and forgotten language? No dey deceive yourself. Some C&S speak Arabic, the rest of C&S speak their local language eg Yoruba or whatever that's obtainable while Cele speaks Yoruba or whatever local lang in that locality.
