Most of these guys that are trying to launder this guy's image are actually kids that were still wearing diapers and learning how to walk in 99. RRS was simply the rebranding of Operation Sweep that was left behind by Buba Marwa after the removal of military men drafted to Operation Sweep. Tinubu simply rebranded Operation Sweep to RRS. The same way he renamed Marwa gardens to MKO Abiola gardens
