I'm paid #700 per hour for courses I take in a private polytechnic with my Master degree. It's hell down here in Nigeria for academics. Still searching for a better job, pls guys help m out.

They couldn’t even pay salaries promptly, but they had money to print rule books for staff. Flouting each rule attracted a fine of N100- N1000. At the end of the month, you’ll be lucky not to lose at least 20% of the salary.

After graduation, I got my first job using my my SSCE cert and the salary was 10k but I was owed 4 months salary in a row and my name became Oga Broke Pele. A sad time it was for me.

That's true. In 1979 I applied for admission in Cuttington university, Monrovia. Because the dollar was legal tender I got 20 dollars from a friend resident in the US. Later, I decided to not pursue the admission and went to a National Bank of Nigeria branch to exchange the money to Naira. 75 kobo to the dollar! Of course, I returned the dollars to my friend when he visited Nigeria in 1980. Nigeria is a goner, bros and may God punish any youth that votes in 2023.
