And don't be too sure about the PDP having south East South South. If the PDP makes the mistake of not giving the presidency slot to South East despite years of loyal support, things can change.
Moreover, even if PDP gets 100% votes from the south East South South, the votes from Kano Kaduna alone will largely neutralize that.
So, PDP'S chances is not as bright as you postulated
