The gospel Judas, is a gnostic gospel which is considered as one of the worse forms of heresy to mainstream Christianity.

From the story in the gospel, It shows that Judas and Jesus had a unique relationship, where Judas was the only one that understood the true nature of Jesus (in gnosticism), and also that Jesus knew that Judas would need to betray him in order to fullfil his (gnostic) mission. The gospel doesn't condemn Judas, but is rather vague about his fate being favorable or not.

Judas actual offence was not the betrayal, which would have happened irrespective, but by committing suicide afterwards and not giving room to repentance and forgiveness for his actions from the father above.

All souls go to the father after death but the souls of sinners will be condemned to hell fire while the souls of repented and righteous one will receive a better welcome to heaven. This is what Jesus Christ taught us in the gospels.

Judas Iscariot soul died as a sinner and was due hell fire. This was the difference between kings David and Saul. The two committed offences against God Almighty in their times but David always demonstrated remorse and sought forgiveness but King Saul always becloud himself with failed time management and could not seek repentance. The results are there well written in the Bible.

Remember, Jesus made a comment: you’ll always have the poor among you but you won’t always have me. Is Jesus saying he’ll make some people poor to fulfill His prediction? Absolutely not. But He downright predict the world would always have poor people even though there shouldn’t. In the same way, God knew Jesus would be betrayed even though He shouldn’t. Judas DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT.

Judas never helped Jesus to fulfill His purpose on earth. There's nobody that can help God achieve His purpose on earth, rather it is God that will help you to achieve His purpose on earth. God killed Uzzah because he was trying to help Him, 2 Sam 6:6-7. The Jews were
always coming for Jesus, but His time had not reached and each time they come, He will escape. The arrest of Jesus by the Jews through the betrayal of judas coincided with the time Jesus was to die for our sins. So, if Judas had not betrayed Him, God would have made it possible for the Jews to arrest Jesus and charge Him before Pilate and others and be committed to sentence through hanging. Judas committed the greatest sin.

There are a lot of History books that gives account of his life on earth outside religious books. Archeologist has proven it many times as well, which are scientific evidence. Take you time and Google's those books online and be enlightened. I repeat again, under whose authority are speaking to dispute his existence?
