1st Russia never spoke about going to war. A war would be both stupid and terrible for Russia. Russia has already gotten what they want so why would it want a war. I already told you that Germany depends on 2 other pipelines. Nord Stream 2 would have been the 3rd pipeline to western Europe. Why do you think they are not sanctioning the other pipelines?
