Troot mostly checks for infractions ONLY when a ticket has WON.
Sometimes, she might miss it sometimes it might go unnoticed. I can't fault her for that. It happens to the best of us.

Lemme ask u this, what is the smarter way to work??

Why would she check for an infraction on a ticket that was posted when there is more than a 99% chance that the ticket will just destroy itself.

My case is different.

My ticket won, but the last game on it which was a mistake got postponed and finally got voided.

I called troot attention to it, so as to have a final say but she didn't responded till now.
