Russia have been bombing basically military installation and command center. Their soldiers have been told to minimize civilian casualties as much as possible. That's the reason you are seeing very few civilian deaths and we need to applaud them for that. I have watched videos of the soldiers interacting freely with civilians. They have been very professional unlike Israel that does not mind blowing up women and children in Palestinian territories.
