You've has this problem for 2 years and you couldn't visit a clinic? Why do y'all like compounding problems for yourself? I tried so hard to read something related to clinic but nothing! I ain't surprised a bit. Well, I'd urge you to visit and see a physician. You could have done this immediately you noticed the pain 2 years ago.
