I believe I clarified my stance isn't base on the strongest country. Why you are stating that fact again is beyond me honestly. Corruption doesn't disappear because of a seismic balance as you put it. That's not how things work, well maybe except in fairy tales maybe. And corruption isn't the only issue Nigeria has.
