As in Lagos that it's budget is close to two trillion naira and ll be above next year?

They should also permit individuals to generate electricity. There are Nigerians capable of generating electricity. They will make money and more people will get electricity. It will be a win-win situation.

No need for that. If states are legally empowered to generate electricity then individuals with the knowledge and capacity to generate electricity can simply partner with State Governments to raise power generation.

I have gone to all southwest states. There are no cities in the south west except Lagos. Brown roof dirty towns everywhere everywhere. I speak from experience.

Mr man no city in Nigeria is world class, but to say south west cities are less developed than south east cities is nonsense..i wager Ibadan is more developed than any city in south east.

even southwest minus Lagos is far more productive and economically viable than iboland only southsouth and northwest come close not that barrel southeast that is competing with war torn northeast grin
