The proper name is
(1) TetraOxoSulphate(VI) acid.

Or

(2) HydrogenTetraOxoSulphate(VI)

Note:
The roman numeral is "VI" for 6 and not (IV) for 4.
Also,
Inclusion of "Hydrogen" in the name takes away "acid". On the other way,
