I wish that people will look after themselves a little more....Most times exercise is good for health.. once a lot of people clock 45, they forgot entirely what little exercise can do for the body....

Some people still think having a protruding stomach is an evidence of good living embarassed

When a non regular embark on a rigorous exercise like that... especially when he's of certain age,..it happens......

Gentle and baby step kind of exercise first for none regular... Before the strenuous and rigorous one... That's what an amateur like me always tell anyone trying to start exercising...

I wish nothing for anyone who secretly supports evil on Nigerians. You are slow and dangerous venom-injecting serpentine clowning as a grey tree branch. You have no cogent reason for supporting Tinubu. After all that Nigerians have been through, you still want to seat another patient in power. You are lucky that petrol is expensive now.

My brother, it is not about bribe or wickedness. The officers are having BP which is now rampant due to what we consume in this part of the world.

We live in a country in which citizens rejoice when a law enforcer dies. It is not a coincidence given the litany of crimes committed by the policemen.

The biggest evil in Nigeria are the supporters of these politicians. By the time the mobs go against the supporters who are the spine of these politicians, things will change. If any Tinubu supporter is burnt alive or given cement to drink, others will rethink. There is no need why a man who cannot type 25 words per minute should hold any office in Nigeria.

Nigerians are industrious. If there were steady power, many inventors would have invented magnificent things that could rake in billions of dollars. Buhari will leave this country broke and broken. He has killed every dam sector in the country. Even drovers are killed and slaughtered because of the divide that Buhari has created.

I hope all the assets of those Nigerian Oligarchs be frozen too. The west should Freeze all their stolen loots
