No major news outlets is reporting this.
Assuming this story were true,it would have been breaking round the world now and no one need be told the American response would be swift and decisive.
America is not like UK where Russian agents can enter the country and kill or poison someone on its soil without a fast and devastating response.
This news is very fishy till I see it in major news outfits.
