Same umidigi A3 pro screen is causing issue between me and somebody

He gave me money and the phone to buy the screen since September last year.

I couldn't find the screen to buy and I haven't refunded him in full,

I had to go meet him last Sunday after series of threat .

He begged I order the screen for him but I asked him if can have patience for 3 months for the screen to arrive.

He didn't give a direct answer

I decided not to order it yet

Good evening all. I thank u all for ur contributions, advice and suggestions. However, it is expected that Repairguru must have called me to plead for time or for us to resolve this issue offline but he never did.
I have been the one still calling him to this moment even after opening this thread and his response here.
My first call to him this morning was by 9:24 am. He asked me to send my account details of which he already has, that he was going to do the transfer that morning.
I waited since morning, no alert, no message or call from him I had to call him now again by 4:19 pm. He said he was going to do the transfer twice, first he will do 10k tomorrow morning and the balance on Wednesday. I am baring this open to the court of NL to bear me witness.

He has promised me several times in the past and failed me of which I endured all his lies from January to this moment.

I will still give him the benefit of the doubt and look forward to tomorrow morning for the first transfer(tho I believe its a hoax)

I have also warned him of the consequences of not keeping to this last agreement.

I will update the house tomorrow morning whether he will fulfil or fail in his promises like in the past.

Op if he decides to still not refund the money and you have the necessary resources to carry a warrant for his arrest please do so, do not let this guy go just like that.

I have someone who had a similar case related with yours, the guy is now in cell and awaiting trial. He stole over 100k from him and now he has to refund him all the money including resources he used to get warrant for his arrest and also settling policemen to get him, from what I heard the debt he has to pay is over a million and his family will have to pay to the last kobo.

These guys into these kind of scams need to be taught a lesson so anybody willing to try nonsense will learn the consequences.

If we continue to forget the money and move on, these guys will never stop, they know how to use sweet mouth to explain why they haven't paid accusing the customer for not waiting patiently for over 3 months for something you said you had available in your shop

good morning my people of nairaland. This guy that called me out surprised me a lot as this is not the first time he bought screen from me and I waybill to his state. This will make it the fourth time if am not mistaken. I ordered for his screen umidigi a3pro which I never knew it will take this long. We are always in touch and I use to update him on everything. I realize that this will take alonger time and I told him that I will refund his money. I don’t understand why he called me a scam and why he said have not been picking his call cos I just his missed calls this morning. He called me when I had slept. I promised to refund him yesterday and for me to wake up this morning and see all this. You people should not always think that it’s only you that have mouth to talk by coming to nairaland and blackmail somebody.

Why didn’t you tell the story of how am trustworthy when you have sent money to me in the past three transactions we had and your screen was waybill without any story. Why not tell the story of how those unpopular screen of Ukitel C17pro also was waybill to you . The same way things are hard for everyone but I never said I will not refund you .
