Hon. Engr. OKOLI CHINELO EMILIA hail from Osumenyi in Nnewi South LGA of Anambra State. Hon. Engr. OKOLI CHINELO EMILIA is a graduate of Petroleum Engineering, Offshore Technology Institute, MSc Offshore Engineering both from the University of Port Harcourt in 2011 and 2014 respectively.
ADA NNEWI AND EKWUSIGO as she is called is outstanding corporate governance Advisor cum Petroleum Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
She has served as a Principal Business Advisor for deep-water production function to support the drive for compliance in the execution of SNEPCO’s PSCs and JOAs and ensure compliance with all the laws governing SNEPCOs Deepwater production activities.
She has years of experience in subsea engineering (ENI- SAIPEM) and Well engineering (SPDC) as a Drilling supervisor by supervising conventional and HPHT drilling operations to unlock deep gas exploration plays in the Niger delta. Planned and supervised smart completions and Well Intervention operations for SPDC challenging wells to increase production.
Hon. Engr. Okoli Chinelo Emilia drove the recovery of legacy costs very strongly and achieved SUBCOM support for SNEPCo to recover $50mln of historical unrecovered costs (engagement still ongoing to achieve MACOM Approval). She received (with the Bonga Asset team) VP’s Winning Ways of Working Platinum Award for an outstanding demonstration of continuous improvement and external alignment.
She became the youngest Social Secretary for Shell and NLNG Staff Club for two tenures. As Social secretary of SHELL Club Port Harcourt in 2017 and 2018, she engaged and Interfaced with JV partners, SPDC external relations, legal, SCiN leadership, external parties, communities, stakeholders and managed SCP staff/ held cadence sessions in delivering the 2018 SCiN NIAC program, children holidays program and other club events/programs within the approved within budget.
Hon. Engr. Okoli Chinelo Emilia founded Emily Care Foundation in 2018 that helped to empower widows and the less privileged families.
Hon. Engr. Okoli Chinelo Emilia is confident, resilient, articulate, and multiskilled professional with strong and active interest in politics, electioneering, good governance and economics and a young philanthropy. She is a women, youths and kids advocate, her political aspiration is driven by her passion for social justice, quality representation, for the progress Nnewi South/North and Ekwusigo federal constituency. As a strong Supporter of Charley nwagbafor, her coming will bring a breath of fresh air into the politics of the constituency. She is offering to represent the good people of Nnewi South/North and Ekwusigo federal constituency at the Green Chamber in the 10th House of Representatives.
