I am currently renting an apartment, but have started looking at buying a residential house.I am planning to move in two years and my friends saying don't buy a house if you plan on moving within 4-5 years. To me it doesn't make sense to be paying rent when we could be paying a comparable mortgage (accounting for utilities, taxes, etc.). What you guys suggest? |

If you have the money to buy house now, buy, when moving, it must have appreciated, then you can sell it. |
