Your post lacks meaning — to say the least.

Take your BMC 30k monthly stipend and enroll yourself in a Kindergarten class, you need to unlearn and relearn.
The illiterate will turn it into tribalism instead of taking corrections..

It is called a Shooting Stick....

Uses:
1. Put the end of the walking stick into your pocket to keep it steady.
2. Lay your rifle across your walking stick, ensuring a firm grip.
3. The walking stick helps to steady your arm as you shoot.

One major advantage of using a shooting/walking stick rather than a tripod is that it is far easier to quickly switch your aim to a different direction. It is similar to a thumbstick.

Greetings everyone.
I have always wondered what this thing — the one marked in the photo is used for.
Is it for sitting down when the Soldiers are tired or is it some type of weapon?
What is the name?

I need answers bikoo.

It's a walking stick that can also expand to serve as a stool to sit on.
