caffeine no go do you anything - i say this as a guy who still goes for five cups of coffee a day

but of you work at a desk you will get fat - too much sugar in those things.

Lol. I don’t even know how to form. That is one of my weaknesses. I can take off my wig in public, walk barefoot if my heels hurt or eat akpu on a date.
